Before pursuing a career in law, he worked as a mortgage loan originator and an advertising executive, roles that required negotiation and strategic problem-solving—skills that have been invaluable in his legal practice. He also served as a chief probation officer, overseeing his own probation department and managing a variety of responsibilities.
Grant lives in Noblesville, Indiana, where he enjoys life with his children, dachshunds, and friends. Outside of work, you can find him reading a little bit about a lot, attending concerts, enjoying the outdoors, golfing, refining his comedic timing, and indulging his deep passion for basketball.
