A product of the Midwest, Brayton returned to his home state of Indiana in 2022 to begin serving Hoosiers with their legal needs.

PATIENT & PERSISTENT

Brayton spent his formative years in and around Muncie, Indiana. After graduating from law school and working in Northwest Ohio for a year, he moved to Fort Wayne to practice criminal defense and family law prior to joining the firm. Brayton is currently an associate attorney with Podlaski LLP.

Brayton represents clients in Construction Litigation, Breach of Contract, Real Estate, Home Improvement Litigation, General Real Estate Law, and Estate Administration.

Brayton and his wife, Elizabeth, reside in Fort Wayne with their dog Tank. Brayton is an avid musician and amateur historian, and he loves the Cincinnati Reds, the Indianapolis Colts, all Toledo sports, and the Indianapolis 500.
